This CD was narrated by the author and tells of her relationship with her oldest daughter Carrie.  Carrie is portrayed as a unique individual who at times was her own worst enemy.  When she was in rehab for drug abuse, she took up smoking to ease her withdrawal.  Lung cancer killed her at 39.  Perhaps this would be an excellent mother/teen daughter listen-to.  Carrie certainly overcame her difficulties and had an impressive career.  Ms. Burnett's support of her daughter throughout all her struggles was admirable...a good example to us all.  Told lovingly through dialogue, emails, and commentary, this is a heart-warming story of one mother's unconditional love.
