Illustrated in just under 60 pages is a time progression of what one simple building/area in Paris would have looked like starting in 1270 and ending in 2015. If you carefully study the illustrations, noting the similarities and differences to the previous pages and consider what was going on in history during the time period depicted, it is FASCINATING! It helps if you are into history; it helps if you have an imagination and can fill in the gaps but this one makes for cool perusal!
