No Summit Out Of Sight/ Jordan Romero and Linda LeBlanc/ 355 pages

No Summit Out of Sight is the true story of Jordan Romero, the youngest person to climb the "Seven Summits", which are actually eight.  Jordan gives credit to his co-writer, Linda LeBlanc and together they do a great job of mixing facts and adventure to convey the journey of Jordan and his family in realizing his goal.  Jordan has a great message for young adults and kids in his quest.  This is a great book for the boy or girl who are looking for an adventure of the real kind.  Jordan does encounter death on Everest, but it's handled in a respectful way that should not be too disturbing to the younger reader.
