Rebel Island / Rick Riordan / 339 pages

San Antonia PI Tres Navarre has decided to retire.  His career has seen too much violence and he wants to protect his new family from its fallout.  He has recently married his longtime girlfriend, lawyer, Maya, who is eight months pregnant.  Their honeymoon on Rebel Island leaves much to be desired, as honeymoons go.  A hurricane is bearing down on the island, a wanted fugitive/murderer is on the loose - and possibly one of the guests, murder, fire, and a bombing occur...and...oh, yes, romance is in the works for Tres's wheelchair bound brother Garret.  Is this enough to cement Tres's career change decision or will it cause him to rethink it?
