When this third and final book in the Firelight series opens, Jacinda has been delivered to the Enkos compound. Here she is imprisoned, baited and studied by hunters of the drake. Cassion and Will, unlikely allies, brought her as part of a plan to rescue Miriam, Cassion's sister, and hopefully, in the process, bring this entire operation...and these Enkos (humans) that may have had something to do with taking her father, to an end. Filled with nonstop action begging for special effects, this conclusion to the Firelight series ends as does life with many unanswered questions.
