Big Red Tequila / Rick Riordan / 372 pages

Tres Navarre is an eminently likable investigator with unusual friends, incredibly bad luck, and a most unorthodox family.  He has returned to his hometown of San Antonio to investigate his father's murder and the kidnapping of his former girlfriend.  It's a tangled web he has to unweave and he does so with surprising results and refreshing, entertaining good humor.
