Wow! I had no idea that Rick Riordan had written for adults before he wrote his awesome books for kids!  Not only did he write, he also won the Edgar, the Anthony, and the Shamus, three prestigious awards for outstanding mysteries.  Mission Road certainly qualifies.  San Antonio provides a perfect setting for this page-turner whodunit.  PI Tres Navarre is battling against time and the SAPD to prove that his friend, Ralph Arguella, a reformed criminal, did not murder his wife.  The evidence says he did...but evidence can be fixed.  If Ralph didn't murder Ana Deleon who did?...and why?
