This is one of the most unbelievable books I have ever read! John Kelly, an ex Navy Seal, simultaneously cleans Baltimore of several drug lords and dealers and engineers release for American POW's held secretly by the North Vietnamese..after he picks up a drug-addicted girl alongside the road, rehabilitates and falls in love with her, and vows revenge for the wrongs done her.
