Murder at the Brightwell/ Ashley Weaver/ 325 pages

Murder at the Brightwell written by Ashley Weaver takes place in 1930's England.  Amory Ames is recruited by former suitor Gil, to dissuade his sister from marrying Rupert Howe.  They travel together to the Brightwell where a group of friends are meeting for a seaside vacation.  Early in the week someone is found murdered.  Amory decides to help the police find the guilty party.  And them Armory's husband shows up.  If you like Agatha Christie and period novels this book will appeal to you.  For more information and read a like see the SCCCLD website.
