Everyone Lies is the first collaboration by Margaret Murphy and Professor Dave Barclay writing as A. D. Garrett. Police officer, Kate Simms has been demoted but the authors do not reveal the full story behind the demotion. After five years without contact, she calls on the help of Professor Nick Fennimore. Together they work on a case involving the deaths of heroin addicts. As Kate gets deeper into the case, it seems harder to know who to trust. This was a great police procedural story with a good measure of suspense thrown in as well.
