Endangered / C. J. Box / 369 pages

Be sure to reserve time to read this one in one sitting.  It demands an uninterrupted reading.  To say it is a page turner is a gross understatement.  C. J. Box cunningly crafted a suspense story revolving around Wyoming game warden Joe Pickett, a brutal beating, a family cover-up, investigation of endangered wildlife, attempted murder, kidnapping, and a misguided, if not corrupt, federal bureaucracy.  The ending...a surprise...couldn't be better.
