Dark Secrets of the Old Oak Tree, Dolores J. Wilson, 349 pages

After her marriage falls apart, Evie Carson returns to her hometown to open a clothing boutique.  While visiting her old tree house she watches as Jake carries a body out of the woods and buries it near the oak that supports her tree house.  Soon Jake is also found dead.  As more bodies pile up it because evident that someone is trying to hide something and Evie is at the center of it.
This was an enjoyable, light mystery.  The author did a good job of creating tension as Evie collects clues.  The author also does a good job of letting the reader solve the crime along with Evie, even though Evie is probably a little more naive than the reader.
