This is the final book in the Heroes of Quantico series. (Yep, Blogmaster, you succeeded yet again.) Agent Nick Bradley is intrigued by music teacher Rachel Sutton. She had found a Raggedy Ann doll buried in an ice/snow pile at a Bread Company and had terrible waves of terror wash over her. She acted on those feelings, and took the doll to the FBI after local police expressed disinterest. Nick dismisses her psychic experience but can't seem to dismiss her. He is drawn into the investigation of a kidnapped baby and find much more... I highly recommend all of Irene Hannon's books. Set in St. Louis, they feature nonstop action, meaningful relationships, and inspiring, faith-filled individuals.
