In this suspense thriller we meet a man, Martin Reese, who has a strange obsession. He has been following the exploits of convicted and executed killer, Jason Shurn. Reese is not a law enforcement officer, but a rich businessman who sold his company and took an early retirement. Reese is obsessed with finding the skeletal remains of Shurn’s victims. Once the remains are located, he meticulously documents the burial sites. He then contacts the police anonymously and informs them of each find. No one in his life was aware of Reese’s activities...at least that’s what he believed.
