This is the second book in the "Guardians Trilogy." Having successfully retrieved the Fire Star in book 1, the guardians--Sasha, Bran, Sawyer, Annika, Riley, and Doyle--set out to find the "water star," which takes them to the island of Capri. There are battles between the dark goddess, Nerezza--along with her minions, and the guardians. Both books are building up to the battle for the final "star" in the last book of the trilogy--which should be very entertaining! Recommended.
