This most unusual Christmas story opens with an emergency - a skunk infestation of a local church. All area churches join together in an ecumenical holiday spirit to find room in schedules and facilities to accommodate the Christmas services of the crime scene/fumigating New Life Baptist Church. Meg is assigned the task of co-ordinating the schedules and becomes instrumental in disclosing a murderer, an embezzler, and several pranksters.
