Heart-Shaped Box / Joe Hill / 374 pages / April Challenge Rain

This was the second Joe Hill I read and I liked it much better than the first (Horns).  I often thought I was reading a book by the master of horror, Joe Hill's father, Stephen King.  I couldn't help but think that King inspired the protagonist, an aging rock star, Judas Coyne.  (King plays in an author band, The Rock Bottom Remainders.)  Judas Coyne is a collector of horror memorabilia.  He purchases a suit purported to be hosting a ghost.  The suit arrives in a heart-shaped box...and the fun...or horror...begins.
