Heads in Beds/Jacob Tomsky/247 pages

This nonfiction book is a memoir of the author's experience as a hotel Valet, Housekeeping Manager, and Front-Desk Agent.  He provides insights on the highs and lows in hospitality customer service.  There were areas in the  book that could be related to the customer service experience in the public library.  The author also provides easy ways to obtain "upgrades" when checking in or out - usually $$.  It was a fun, quick read.
