Sweet Talk/Julie Garwood/357 pgs.

Normally, I'm a big Julie Garwood fan, but this book left me cold. It had a good premise: IRS agent Olivia MacKenzie is trying to find proof that her father is the mastermind behind a Ponzi operation. This puts her life in danger, but also puts her in the path of FBI agent Grayson Kincaid. Of course there is instant attraction, and he vows to keep her safe--with or without her cooperation. There are numerous other story lines  which in my opinion, don't add a whole lot to the main plot. I guess I didn't find the main characters all that engaging; in fact, I found them pretty boring. Not one of Julie Garwood's best efforts.
