Kiss an Angel / Susan Elizabeth Phillips 373 p.

After frivolous activities, Daisy Devereaux opts to marry a complete stranger, Alex Markov, rather than go to jail.  Markov finds the circus back lot the place to change Daisy’s wayward ways; and, he assigns her circus duties, her first every job, the ultimate bad job – cleaning up after the elephants.  Daisy’s compassion foils him as she plugs along winning over the rumbustious Tater the elephant.  Susan Elizabeth Phillips again shows her wit in this engaging, steamy, fast-paced contemporary romance.
