This is the third title in the "Chesapeake Shores" series and is Kevin O'Brien's story. He is coming home with his toddler son after losing his wife in Iraq and doesn't know what to do with his life. Shanna Carlyle, who has some issues of her own, moves to Chesapeake Shores to open a bookstore next door to Bree's flower store. Kevin helps Shanna get ready for her opening and you can guess the rest. The story does deal with some of the issues facing those coming home after war and/or those who have lost someone due to the war and also with the issue of trying to save the Chesapeake Bay.
